By accessing this website as a user and purchasing products from this website you agree to accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms please do not use this website.

1. Ordering & Payment
Payment in full must be received before any goods can be dispatched. We may refuse to accept an order for any reason including where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment or suspect fraud and where goods are no longer available.
Payment by cheque can be made by sending your order details and payment to the above address. Please include your delivery address and contact telephone number. Please make cheques payable to Shakti Mat UK. 

2. Delivery & Post and packing
We are only able to deliver goods to the same address to which the credit/debit card used to pay for the goods is registered, except in cases where payment has been made by cheque. We are not responsible for undelivered orders where the address information given is incorrect or incomplete.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of order excluding weekends and bank holidays and where special notice is given on our website.

UK. Except for very small items, which are sent by First Class Royal Mail, all goods will be dispatched by First Class Royal Mail ‘Recorded Signed For’ delivery. Please make sure that someone is available to receive and sign for your delivery. If you would prefer First Class delivery only without a signature and you have a safe place for your parcel to be left if no-one is at home please indicate this in the box marked ‘special instructions’ on the order form.

EU & Rest of the World. All goods will be dispatched by First Class Airmail with an individual parcel weight limit of 2kg. Orders above this weight will be sent by multiple parcels. Where the facility exists in the country of destination your order will be dispatched either by ‘International Signed For’ delivery or ‘Airsure’ (express delivery).

3. Non-delivery
Please inform us within 7 working days in the UK and 14 working days for EU and Rest of the World of placing your order if the goods have not been delivered. Please note that we cannot consider claims for lost items if notification is beyond 21 days after the date of order.

4. Returns & Refunds
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, any goods can be returned within 7 working days of receipt of the goods for a refund, less post and packing costs. Please email us at the above address to let us know that you wish to do this. Returned goods must be in their original, as new, and unused condition. It is your responsibility to return goods to us with appropriate packaging, preferably by recorded delivery. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods in the process of being returned. Please note that this money back guarantee does not apply to video/audio content in the form of CD’s or DVD’s if the item has been opened.

5. Copyright
We reserve complete worldwide title and full intellectual property rights for all materials on the website, including text, images, graphics, documents, web pages, HTML, and/or components thereof which are found in any part of the website/directory. This material may not be used, copied, modified, distributed, or transmitted in any way without prior written consent from Inner Light Yoga & Health Co/Shakti LifeStyle.

6. Liability
All use of products purchased from this website is solely at the users own risk. The manufacturer/seller assumes no liability for any losses, injuries or damages as may result from the use thereof. We cannot be held responsible for the misuse or incorrect use of any product. Please read instructions for use and cautions carefully where these are supplied before any product is used.

While we endeavour to ensure that the information given on this website is correct we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of any material given. We may make changes to the material on this website or to the products and prices described at any time without notice.
