WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT THE SHAKTI MAT.....
I bought one of your lovely Shakti Mats back in October 2008 and I, my partner and 11 year old son all use it as much as we can and are really pleased with it. When I use it I feel extremely relaxed and peaceful. I mainly use it to ease lower back pain but also for overall well being and good health mentally and physically. I lie down with my I pod on and away I go! I can easily lay on it for an hour or so as it is just so relaxing and calming. My son went to bed laying on my mat once and actually fell asleep on it - I had to roll him off it to use it myself!!
I would thorough recommend it and certainly do to everyone I see. It should be made available on prescription!
